Return & Exchange Policy
The items leave my studio in perfect state and are shipped with protective packaging. However, damage can occur while in shipment. I will accept returns for damaged goods and replace them.
Therefore I need to receive photos of the damaged items and packaging via email within 48 hours of delivery as proof.
If for any other reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase please contact me, I’ll do my best to resolve the problem and to make you happier.
Return items must be properly packaged, so there is no breakage.
A full refund or exchange can be given upon the safe return of the item in its original package (return shipping is paid by customer).
Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded.
I accept returns only with First Class Priority Air Mail and Tracking Number.
Custom made items are not returnable.
I hope for your understanding that I cannot be responsible for items lost in customs in your country.
I process online transactions securely through PayPal. Please notice that you can enter your credid card details when cheking out with PayPal, even if you don’t have a PayPal account or if you don’t feel like using it.
